 Practicing yoga in the winter can be beneficial for a number of reasons, including:

  • Flexibility and strength: Yoga can help improve and maintain flexibility and strength, which can help prevent injuries and improve posture. 

  • Warming up: Yoga poses like sun salutations can help warm up the body. Pranayama, or yogic breathing practices, can also help warm muscles and boost energy flow. 

  • Immunity: Some pranayama practices can help boost immunity and fight allergies. 

  • Digestion: Pranayama can help increase metabolism and digestive fire
